4. Passenger Weight Policy

10. Limitation of Liability

Operational responsibility, aircraft maintenance, aviation compliance, and flight safety remain the responsibility of the aircraft operator.

ChoppersHub’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific charter service arranged.

Applicable GST and government taxes will be charged as per Indian law.
