1. Service Scope

Mahakal Aviation acts as a facilitator and coordinator for helicopter pilgrimage packages, accommodation, and ground handling services.

Helicopter operations are conducted by licensed aviation operators as per applicable aviation regulations.

2. Booking Confirmation

  • A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.

  • Full payment must be completed before departure as per the communicated schedule.

  • Booking confirmation will be shared via email or WhatsApp.

3. Weather Dependency

Helicopter services operate strictly subject to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Air traffic clearance

  • Government regulations

  • Operational safety norms

Mahakal Aviation is not responsible for delays, rescheduling, or cancellations due to adverse weather or force majeure conditions.

4. Passenger Weight Policy

  • Accurate passenger weight must be declared at the time of booking.

  • Helicopter seating allocation is strictly subject to aviation safety regulations.

  • Additional charges may apply if declared weight differs significantly.

Safety compliance is mandatory and non-negotiable.

5. Reporting & No-Show Policy

  • Passengers must report at the designated helipad at the scheduled reporting time.

  • Failure to report on time may result in full booking amount forfeiture.

  • No-show cases are non-refundable.

6. ID & Documentation Requirements

  • Valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory.

  • Yatra registration (if required by authorities) must be completed before travel.

  • Passengers are responsible for providing accurate information.

Failure to comply may result in denial of boarding without refund.

7. Accommodation & Ground Services

Accommodation and ground services are arranged as part of the package.
Hotel category and amenities are subject to availability and location constraints in remote Himalayan regions.

8. Force Majeure

Mahakal Aviation shall not be liable for disruptions caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Landslides or road blockages

  • Government restrictions

  • Technical or operational issues beyond control

  • Political disturbances

In such cases, rescheduling or refund will be handled as per operator policies.

9. Medical & Health Responsibility

  • Passengers must ensure they are medically fit for high-altitude travel.

  • Individuals with serious medical conditions should consult a doctor before booking.

  • Mahakal Aviation is not liable for health-related incidents during the journey.

10. Limitation of Liability

Mahakal Aviation acts as a service coordinator between passengers and licensed helicopter operators.

Operational control, aircraft safety, and aviation compliance remain the responsibility of the respective aviation operator.

Mahakal Aviation’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service booked.

11. Pricing & Taxes

  • All prices are subject to change based on aviation fuel costs, government taxes, or regulatory changes.

  • GST and applicable taxes will be charged as per government norms.

12. Policy Modifications

Mahakal Aviation reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updated versions will be published on the website.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of appropriate courts in India.
