Cancellation & Refund Policy
This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms applicable to helicopter and private jet charter services arranged through ChoppersHub.
By confirming a booking with ChoppersHub, the client agrees to the terms and conditions mentioned below.
1. Cancellation by Client
If a client chooses to cancel a confirmed charter booking, the following cancellation charges may apply:
30 days or more before departure
20% of the total booking amount
15–29 days before departure
40% of the total booking amount
7–14 days before departure
60% of the total booking amount
Less than 7 days before departure
100% of the total booking amount (Non-refundable)
Cancellation charges may vary depending on aircraft operator policies, aircraft availability, and seasonal demand.
2. Weather-Related Cancellations
Helicopter and aircraft charter operations are subject to weather conditions and aviation safety regulations.
Flights may be cancelled or delayed due to:
• Adverse weather conditions
• Air traffic control restrictions
• Government or aviation authority regulations
• Technical or operational safety requirements
In such cases:
Rescheduling may be offered subject to aircraft availability
OR
Refunds may be processed as per the aviation operator’s cancellation policy after deducting applicable operational charges.
Passenger safety remains the highest priority.
3. Cancellation by Operator
If the aircraft operator cancels a charter due to operational reasons, safety concerns, or weather conditions:
An alternative aircraft or revised schedule may be offered
OR
Refund will be processed in accordance with the operator’s policy.
ChoppersHub acts as a charter coordination platform and follows the policies of the licensed aviation operator providing the aircraft.
4. No-Show Policy
If the passenger or client fails to report at the designated helipad or airport at the scheduled reporting time:
The booking will be treated as a No-Show
100% of the booking amount will be forfeited
No refund will be applicable.
5. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 working days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.
Bank processing timelines may vary depending on the payment gateway or banking institution.
6. Partial Utilization
If a passenger voluntarily discontinues the charter service after the journey has commenced:
No refund will be applicable for unused flight segments or services.
7. Force Majeure
Rescheduling or refund requests arising from unforeseen circumstances such as:
• Natural calamities
• Severe weather conditions
• Political disturbances
• Government restrictions
• Airport or airspace closures
will be handled in accordance with the policies of the aviation operator providing the aircraft.
8. Important Notes
• All refunds are subject to actual deductions imposed by aircraft operators and aviation service providers.
• Government taxes, regulatory fees, and payment gateway charges may be non-refundable.
• Customized charter missions or private aircraft bookings may have separate cancellation policies depending on the aircraft type and operational requirements.
